How does the manufacturing of CBD products work?

Our processors will either use gravity, rewind, vacuum, or a pouring method to filter CBD. (We can repeat this step several times to ensure cleanliness.)

Distillation: Distillation is critical to remove any remaining impurities to ensure a high-quality CBD product. We place great emphasis on the conservation of terpenes and cannabinoids, with particular attention to circulation and temperature during this process.

CBD Insulation: We use specialized equipment and highly trained staff to achieve purity levels of 99.5% and above. And we reuse chromatography and distillation with various solvents to refine your CBD product to 99.5% or your desired purity level.

Dosage Formulas: Once we extract the quality CBD you need for your formulation, we blend it into an appropriate delivery system.

Final product testing: We thoroughly test all products before they leave our premises. We’ll test for pesticides, heavy metals, germs, and other hazardous contaminants to make sure your formula is ready to go to market.

Packaging: We then package and label your customer’s recipe in food-grade materials to protect its effectiveness and stability both during transport and storage. This guarantees your customers all the benefits of a high-quality CBD formulation.
